In Páginas de Estética. Fernando Pessoa

Como já é de praxe, o Postal do Algarve participa desta FESTA DOS ANOS publicando, ao longo do mês de Outubro, uma seleção de textos e poemas relacionados com a temática explorada em cada edição. Depois das ‘Notas sobre Tavira’, marcando a chegada de Álvaro de Campos à cidade, e da ‘Tábua Bibliográfica’ onde o próprio autor se apresenta, poderemos ver, num texto assinado por Álvaro de Campos uma explicação sobre o interseccionismo, e como ele, Campos, acha que Fernando Pessoa foi influenciado por Alberto Caeiro no desenvolvimento dessa vertente literária.Também apresentamos a reflexão do próprio Pessoa sobre o intersecionismo e as razões pelas quais decide muito rapidamente deixar de lado essa corrente. Na programação deste ano vamos da intersecção à interação e assim, seguem-se cartas de amor para Ophelia, e um diálogo de amantes numa peça do Teatro Estático de Fernando Pessoa. Também se publica uma crítica mordaz que Álvaro de Campos faz a uma das peças, intitulada ‘O Marinheiro’, pois nem sempre a criatura concordava com o seu criador, e com ele interagia como se criatura vivente fosse.

As usual, the online news site Postal do Algarve participates in this BIRTHDAY PARTY publishing, throughout the month of October, a selection of texts and poems related to the theme of each edition. After the ‘Notes on Tavira’, marking the arrival of Álvaro de Campos in the city, and the ‘Bibliography’ where the author introduces himself, we can see, in a text signed by Álvaro de Campos, an explanation of the literary current called intersectionism, and how Campos thinks that Fernando Pessoa was influenced by Alberto Caeiro in the development of this trend. We also present Pessoa’s own thoughts on intersectionism and the reasons why he decides very quickly to stop exploring such an expressive style. From intersection we go to interaction and give some examples of love letters to Ophelia, and a lovers’ dialogue in a play by Fernando Pessoa’s ‘Static Theater’. There is also a scathing criticism by Álvaro de Campos about one of Pessoa’s theater plays, entitled ‘The Sailor’, as the creature did not always agree with its creator, and interacted with him as any real living creature.
