A FESTA DOS ANOS DE ÁLVARO DE CAMPOS é um programa multidisciplinar inciado pela Partilha Alternativa em 2015 para celebrar o aniversário de um personagem que é um dos mais conhecidos heterónimos do grande poeta Fernando Pessoa. Pessoa decidiu que Campos nasceu em Tavira no dia 15 de Outubro de 1890.
THE BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR ÁLVARO DE CAMPOS is a multidisciplinary programme initiated by Partilha Alternativa in 2015 to celebrate the birthday of a character who is one of the best known heteronyms of the great poet Fernando Pessoa. Pessoa fixed Campos’ birth as having taken place in Tavira on 15th October 1890.
Desde sua primeira edição, esta FESTA tem acontecido todos os anos graças à colaboração direta dos vários participantes de diferentes disciplinas, que criam e produzem eventos inspirados pela obra do poeta, com a inestimável ajuda de co-patrocinadores que colaboram com traduções, donativos em dinheiro, bens, participações auto-financiadas ou contratação direta de artistas para sua própria programação, aderindo assim ao nosso tema, é o que tem mantido esta FESTA viva. Também recebemos apoio financeiro do 365 Algarvfe por 2 anos, e depois disso da Câmara Municipal de Tavira.
This PARTY has taken place every year as a result of the direct collaboration of the various participants from different disciplines, who create and produce events inspired by the work of the poet. with the invaluable help of partners who collaborate with translations, money, goods, with self-financed participation or by hiring directly artists for their own programmes, connected with our theme, have kept this FESTA alive. We have received financial support from various sources every year, like the 365 Algarve for 2 years, and from the Câmara Municipal de Tavira after that.
Este ano a FESTA DO ANOS DE ÁLVARO DE CAMPOS tem o Apoio para Programação da dgARTES (Direção Geral das Artes). Com esse apoio pudemos convidar artistas de outras cidades e países, que se tem deixado inspirar pela obra de Fernando Pessoa e do seu heterónimo “tavirense”, Álvaro de Campos, para se unirem a seus colegas locais
This year the festival A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR ÁLVARO DE CAMPOS, enjoys the support of DGArtes (Directorate General for the Arts). With this support we are able to invite artists from other cities or countries who have been inspired by the work of Fernando Pessoa and his “Taviran” heteronym Álvaro de Campos to join their local colleagues.
